I have to admit that I don't know the fiber grams per scoop of Citrucel, so I can't give you an exact figure, but figure out how many grams of soluble fiber are in the amount of Citrucel you're taking, and then *decrease* that figure slightly when you start the FiberChoice.
For example, let's say that 3 scoops equals 6g fiber (I don't know - that's just an example!)... when you start the FiberChoice, a good number to start at would be 4g, or 2 tablets.
The thing I liked about FiberChoice is that you CAN buy it in a trial/travel size package of 10 tablets. Obviously, that's not the most cost-effective way of buying it, but if it turns out to not agree with you, you'll know pretty quickly and you won't have wasted a lot of money.
Good luck! Citrucel was the only other SFS I ever tried, and although I wasn't as afraid of the choking risk, it WAS awfully hard to swallow a cupful of glue several times a day. Yuck.
