I'm sooo afraid of the choking hazard of Citrucel that I almost have a panic attack every time I take it because I get nauseous so much. They say that you can choke if you throw it up.....I don't know.....it scares me really bad to take it when I'm already nauseous because most of the time it doesn't help the situation at all. I was taking Acacia and it made me bloat up sooo bad, I stopped taking it yesterday. I dropped my dose and that didn't help either. I'm gonna give it a whirl and I will keep you posted on how I do!!
