Can taking too much fiber at one time cause diarrhea??       09/29/05 08:47 AM Edit Reply Quote anlikerm Reged: 09/16/05 Posts: 1320 Loc: NC I increased my Acacia by 1/2 tsp yesterday and it didn't "trigger" an IBS attack, but this morning I had "D". Well, since I had the fiber in me it wasn't "true D", but it was very, very, very loose.....I know this is WAYYYY too much TMI but I need some input!!!! What do I do.....increase the Acacia more or decrease or just stay where I am to see how I adjust to it??????? Help!! Michelle -------------------- IBS-D.
