Well, there is no fiber in the oil, only the omegas and oil too.

The flaxmeal would boost your fiber intake. I take Nature's Life flax powder. It is finely ground and the label says it contains 5 grams fiber per 2 Tablespoons (3 soluble and 2 insoluble). And the fat grams on this product lists only 2.5 per 2 Tablespoon.

I was taking Bob's Red Mill flaxmeal, but that one is courser and the fat content was higher. I think the fact that Nature's life golden flax is a fine powder makes the soluble fiber content higher than the insoluble, while the Bob's red mill has higher insoluble.

I don't know if it helps or hurts me though...as I am still unstable and in pain everyday. I'm just afraid to give it up because I wanted the added fiber.
