SF content of slippery elm?       09/19/05 03:27 PM Edit Reply Quote renee21 Reged: 06/02/05 Posts: 486 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada I recently switched from another SFS to slippery elm powder before meals. I am trying to figure out how many grams of SF it contains. From my quick google search, it didn't look like the elm contained tons of fibre and didn't specify whether it was IF or SF. Can anyone illuminate me on whether slippery elm is in fact an SFS? It seems to produce the same effect as one.
