The only one I like now is Gluten Free Pantry favorite sandwich bread--you need a breadmaker, but I think you can do it in the oven as well. It's very tasty! Other than that, I stick to crackers--no bread made with rice or bean flour will ever taste the same! also, my endoscopy of course showed nothing since anything that could have been hurt had time to heal!
