Hi--I'm going through perimenopause, and I have had some of these symptoms. I was particularly interested when you mentioned the pain in buttocks and down the thigh. I get this too, and doctors have not been able to figure it out. I feel it's actually related to the worsening of my IBS, however. When you have that kind of pain, is it solely related to your cycle, or does it correspond with worse IBS symptoms?
Don't have any answers, but it is interesting to finally hear someone else mention this very same symptom, which I've been trying to figure out for over a year.
