I was actually hoping to stay awake during the test, so as to see on colour TV what the hell is going on in there, but alas, I zonked out for the whole thing. So don't sweat about it - compared with the actual experience of having IBS, a colonoscopy is like a trip to Disneyland! (Except no Mickey Mouse.
