Most out there only contain a few million active bacteria but this has 450 billion (yes with a B) So it is very potent and actually works. I've been on it for two years now. I take 1/2 of a packet a day which helps with the cost a bit. Here is their website if you'd like to read up on it or order it. VSL3.com It comes in a refrigerated package overnight.
