That good ol' Rice Chex.....       09/18/03 06:08 AM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 don't know what I'd do without it. I drink a glass of the orange Citrucel every morning right when I get up and about 15-30 minutes later, I eat the Rice Chex (with rice milk.) Then I drink several glasses of water (sometimes warm tap water.) I sit down to read the newspaper and it never fails, within 5-10 minutes, I have a BM!!!!! It's my miracle food. Anytime I don't eat it for breakfast, I have a problem. I'm taking it with me this weekend on our trip. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
