Unless this is super high fat - and I don't see how it could be unless there's an awful lot of anchovy in it - I don't see what other people are finding objectionable here. There are no true trigger foods in this sauce. Some people with IBS do not tolerate spicy foods well and some don't tolerate acidic foods well, but that doesn't mean you won't. I personally can eat ketchup, mustard, cocktail sauce, spaghetti sauce, and chili until it's coming out of my ears with no problems.
Having said that, I will caution you that if you're not yet stable, you might want to hold off on this until you're further along. Until you're stable, you won't be able to tell whether the spiciness and/or acidity is upsetting your stomach.
Once you're ready to try it, approach cautiously: make sure you've got a lot of SF in you and try just a little bit at first. And, of course, don't eat steak with it.
