My tummy gets cranky at everything. If I don't eat, I feel nauseous. If I do eat, but eat too fast or too much, I feel nauseous. If I do eat and eat something acidic or sugary, I feel nauseous. Nine times out of ten even brushing my teeth makes me feel nauseous. I think the nausea is worse in the morning because I have an empty stomach that's waking up.
Right now it's worse because I've been switching BC pills lately. Was on Zovia for over a year, switched insurances, got on Ortho Tri Cyclen-Lo because it was cheaper, got really nauseous from that, went off BC for a month, and am back on the Zovia.
The cinnamon probably isn't worsening the nausea. When I was little, my mom used to fill the cinnamon shaker halfway with sugar so we could have cinnamon sugar toast. So I automatically associate cinnamon with sugar now. The site says there's only 1g sugar difference between the original and cinnamon puffins so probably not an issue.
As for the rice milk, I haven't touched it since I had that really bad attack with the puffins. I really need to just suck it up and try it again, but it sometimes takes me a little while to try something again.
