I was trying to get more fiber into my diet and the Shredded Spoonfuls has 4 grams compared to the in Cheerios. I was concerned about the Oat Bran and Corn Bran too. I thought since the whole wheat flour was listed further down on the ingredient list, that it wouldn't contain that much.
