Can anyone eat Puffins cereals?

I would love to eat this as a snack since it has 6 grams of total fiber, but I'm not sure it is safe enough. It doesn't isolate the SF from the IF (when oh when are companies going to start doing that...don't they know there are IBS people out here

).

Any further comments on eating this as a snack?
