I use a heaped tbspn of seed and water for 2 cups. In a saucepan with lid on and bring slowly to boil. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 1/2 hour. I have a cup in the evening and warm the other cup for first drink in the morning. I have found this to be v, good for wind. there are many times during the day when I have to brew extra. Yes it is strong thank goodness; because it had to substitute for strong morning coffee! The wholesaler has a good turnover of stock and the seeds are always fresh.
