Hi. My doctor thinks I have IBS with constipation, although she hasn't done any particular tests. I am constantly bloated (look 5 months preggers) and have mild (I guess) constipation. Those are my only symptoms.
I just finished 30 days of Zelnorm. It helped a tiny bit with the constipation but did nothing for the bloating. I'm not keen on fighting the insurance battle to stay on it for such a minor effect.
So in looking elsewhere, I found this sight. I'm intrigued, but I'm also always a bit suspicious of sites that say, "We can definitely help you! But you have to buy our stuff."
But you folks out there in message-board land can't all be profiting from the sale of this stuff! So, those of you with my type of IBS: Will the fennel tea really help me? Does the book specifically address IBS with constipation? In short, are these good products, worth my money?
