Hi all,

My doc has recently put me on some meds (non-IBS related) for which the side effects are commonly D and nausea... greeeeat. Since IBS-folks have such sensitive stomachs, I'm betting these side effects will probably be double for me.

I'm definitely going to take them after meals and hope I do ok with them, but I was just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions of how to lessen the GI-related side effects? Like maybe taking an SFS dose with it, or some Immodium or ginger chews or something (i.e. as a preventative - not sure if ginger works that way or not...)? Or should I just wait and see if I have the side effects first?

Thanks for any advice anyone
