IBS-C Hi Jaime, Yeah, that is a pretty good article, just read it. I see Gershon is a fan of SSRI's, and the argument sounds pretty sound to me. Interestingly enough, I've been having better BM's the last four days in a row, and it's coming on one month that I've been taking Paxil, the supposed time when it's supposed to kick in.
