Whole Grain White Bread       08/22/05 11:50 AM Edit Reply Quote SuzS Reged: 08/22/05 Posts: 1 I am new to the Board. I have found Heather's diet advice on soluble and insoluble fiber a real life saver. Does anyone know if this new Sara Lee Whole Grain White bread is soluble or insoluble? I can usually eat limited amounts of white bread, but mostly have to stick to tapioca bread which I really don't like much. Thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
