The bread you mentioned up there... if it contains milk and whole eggs, don't buy it. Really, I find I'm ok with the eggs, but milk is such a huge trigger for so many people that I wouldn't risk it.

I know this is contrary to Heather's advice, but it's more important sometimes to use common sense than to follow anything word for word... ALL of the bakery bread up here has milk in it, so I never, ever buy fresh bakery bread. I just buy plain ol' normal sliced sandwich bread like I always did. I don't know what brands you have there, but if you look for the Kosher marking "Parve" on the front of the package, you'll be getting something without dairy.

I'm not sure if that was your question, but I hope that helps a little anyway!
