For some reason, for the past few days my tummy has been acting up, but I can't figure out why. I actually had to take Levsinex on Wednesday AND Thursday. I usually hardly ever take it, let alone 2 days in a row. This morning I was having loose BM's and it felt like someone was just grabbing my left side and squeezing. Oh yeah – of course this had to happen today, because this morning I had my good ol' gyno exam! Yay for me! So anyway, I ended up having to take 2 Imodium to finally get things somewhat calm. Then, I went out to lunch with my fiancé and the left side cramping started again while we were waiting for our food. I just tried to ignore it and eventually it subsided. Oh yeah – did I mention I gained 5 lbs since last year.

Well, on the plus side, when I went to find the Imodium this morning, it wasn't in the medicine cabinet. I found it in my travel bag from when we went to the shore in July. Yes – I have gone since sometime before that trip since I've used the Imodium. Also, I used the relaxation stuff I learned in the hypno cd's during my exam, and it actually worked. No pleasure for sure, but definitely more bearable. And if I had been feeling any kind of yucky at all in the day four months ago, there would have been no way in hell you'd find me in a restaurant, but going out to lunch was my idea. Ha! Does finding the good in all this make me an optimist!

Oh well, I feel a little better now. Thanks for the vent guys!
