Here's a couple that I've had. French Meadows makes all their breads yeast free and they have some wheat free varieties. I've had the White Spelt and the Regular Spelt which are both wheat free and yeast free. The other wheat free kinds look to IF for this diet with all the whole seeds, grains and total IF! The White Spelt, I hope is safest, like a form of white wheat bread. French Meadow The Kinnikinnik brand is gluten free, not just yeast free. It is made from White Rice flour and Tapioca Flour which should be safe, although it does contain whole eggs. But I thought since it was distributed throughout a whole loaf and not just like eating an egg yolk by itself, it should be okay.
Kinnikinnick
You can find the French Meadow in the freezer section of Whole foods or Wild Oats. The kinnikinnick is usually only at HFS.
Both taste yummy, IMHO!
Sorry no one got to this earlier...hope you didn't give up on us!
