If you Search on "soy ice cream" (don't use the quotes), Diet Board only, no time limit, you can see which ones people recommend. I agree with an earlier poster: Soy Dream Mocha Fudge rocks! (Warning: The soy and rice ice creams are still high in fat so eat after a good SF meal and not too much at one time. And, sigh, some people report problems with carageenan (sp?) in these ice creams. It doesn't bother me, but you'll have to try and see.)
