Your doc would have to diagnose you with IBS to be sure. However, there is nothing wrong with doing the IBS diet no matter what- it is healthy and easy on the tummy. I would recommend asking your doc for anti-depressants that are good for IBS- do a board search for more info. This will help with stress. A soluble fiber supplement such as acacia or benefiber will help a lot!
