BIG DILLEMA ! Need some help about IF       07/28/05 07:19 AM Edit Reply Quote professor Reged: 07/19/05 Posts: 77 Loc: Winnipeg, Canada Had normal stool for the last two days. But this morning, had a pre-D attack (not D, but stool starting to break down). Yesterday, I had a small amount of IF (blueberries in my oarmeal at breakfast and tomatoes in my pasta for lunch). Had fish (tilapia) and rice for supper. After supper, I got on and off mild cramps all night. This morning had blueberries again. I've notice a pattern, if I stay on SF only, I get very much stable. The minute I start trying to integrate some IF in my diet, the stool starts to break down and I get D in 2-3 days. I'm tempted to stay with SF only, instead of playing a cat and mouse game with IF. I know I can't stay on SF forever. What should I do? What would be the safest way to start integrating the IF? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
