Day 2 of the BTC diet, much better!

Day 2 of the BTC diet. Had some beets (love those cold!), tea (mint, fennel). Oatmeal. Pasta. Water. Benefiber twice a day. Plus half a Imodium. And lots of french baguette (that, I love!).

Had no cramps. No bloating. A little bit of gas. And I did not go to the bathroom even once! Even when out. I won't believe it until I see a firm stool! I'm getting skeptical, you know!

So, do you think I can start tomorrow with Heather's banana bread? I'm getting hungry...
