I think it's likely to be untrue or else downright bad for you! It's not healthy to lose so much weight so fast. I could be wrong but I would be careful. As for the IBS safe factor you would need to get your hands on one and check the ingredients. Jusr because it's low fat doesn't mean it's IBS safe.
