Chronic Babe is a website created by a woman with fibro. Looks like there's a lot of content there, and a lot of it seems quite applicable to dealing with IBS. I highly recommend the book "All In My Head" by Paula Kamen, particularly for the migraineurs out there. She's a great writer, and her search for cures both medical and alternative is a familiar one for IBS'ers.
