i am D so I can't help with constipation, but I can offer advice on acne.
I broke out with large painful pimples on my chin and jawline when going on the IBS diet. My theory is that alot of the IBS foods are high in iodine, or at least iodized salt, and iodine is not good for acne prone people. If I avoid iodine, I do pretty good.
I also use birth control pills which help too. And Benzaclin which is a prescription that contains benzoyl peroxide with clyndamicin (an antibiotic). It is really harsh to put all over the face. But if I just dab it on the big ones, they go down over night usually. I used Differen many years ago, and it wasn't very helpful to me back then.
My sister who has moderate acne, uses Proactiv and it really works for her. I can't use Proactiv, I have really sensitive skin and it burns me.
