First let me say that I have found a ton of useful info on this website and by reading posts. I did a search for this question but found no answers. I haven't eaten any Cream of Wheat or Coco Wheats since I started changing my diet due to ibs. The main ingrediants in both is wheat farina. Where does farina fall on the list of soluble v. insoluble? The ingrediants in Cream of Wheat are enriched wheat farina, wheat germ, and papain (an enzyme). Coco Wheats contain wheat farina, cocoa, calcium phosphate, artificial flavors, iron, vitamin c, folic acid, and b vitamins. Anything on these lists I need to avoid or can I go back to eating two of my favorite breakfasts? I am IBS C, for what it is worth. Thanks.
