antispamatics       07/08/05 06:40 PM Edit Reply Quote mike28 Reged: 07/03/05 Posts: 13 for the past couple months ive had dihhera dominet ibs but now it has changed to constipation , when i had the dihhrea form i was giving anti spasmatics(hystocotime) it helped then, but will it help now or just slow things down even more? also i was taking peppermint/carraway back then too and it helped but i stopped it , bc i was afraid it would slow things down, should i take it again? also im taking flaxseed and 2 pysillums a day but its not helping that much. how many pshyliums should i take a day(capsules)? thanx mike....sorry for the mispells Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
