(naturopath) recommended to get me back to eating safely. I get a jar of baby food pureed meat and mix it with rice. Needs salt, but other than that, it works great and I can keep it down and in (if you know what I mean). I also have started on a medical protein drink. It is rice (or soy, can't remember) based and that's worked well so far. I have low blood sugar problems, so I know where you are coming from. The baby food is definitely worth a try!
