Well unless you're totally symptom free, I'm afraid I have trouble believing that that much dairy doesn't bother you! You can get soy yogurts with probtiotics...or just use soy milk and take a probiotic capsule.

With the herbal teas, I suggest two things: 1, for attacks,think of the medicinal ones like medicine and drink it no matter how much you dislike it- they work and 2, play around...there are loads of fruit and herbal teas that I can't stand or that make me ill (e.g. peppermint or ginger b/c of GERDs)...however, there are also plenty that I love. Oh and if you try chamomile, brew it VERY strong or it's tasteless and not very helpful...and if you don't like the flavour of, say, fennel tea (I don't, but I'm getting used to it now ) mix it with other teas and add honey until it's palatable.
