We've ALL been there - I *still* have days like that occasionally (admittedly after I've been bad , but I do understand!). It'll get easier.
I'm so glad to see yu're positive about hanging in for the long haul. I know you're impatient, but IMHO, a year or so or getting on top of this is sooooo much better than a lifetime of instability!
