Canada I am just wondering if you 8x a day eating schedule isn't causing you the problem.... I know overeating would be havoc for our tummies so I am just wondering if this is causing your problems. I eat 5 times a day. I find if I have a snack before I go to be or even an hour before I have a terribly grouchy tummy in the morning.
