And it's making my tummy grumbly! All I'm eating is steamed carrots on steamed white rice, and trying to eat a little bowl of oatmeal with some protein powder in it. Today is a day where I really don't want to eat at all, but I know if I don't it will mess me up for a long time. I've eaten less then 1000 calories today, which is so bad! I can't seem to eat much more then 1000 calories on a given day without getting really bloated, as my tummy just isn't used to much food anymore.
