Ummm...don't stop eating. Alot of people so that and it's usually a mistake, at least in the long term. You need to try and keep some SF in your GI system almost all the time...if I don't then it causes nausea and pain for me. And an empty tum is far more likely to chuck acid at you too in my experience.

Try hot strong fennel tea...it's AMAZING for gas and bloating...and it's safe with GERDs (peppermint and giner aren't btw).
