You have to read through the whole thing to see if there's one in your area. (I think it's easier to paw through a huge thread if you view in "Flat" mode rather than "Threaded".) There's also a suggestion from Heather somewhere in the thread about possibly finding a good GI by asking an IBS hypnotherapist. You can also try looking through the posts from BadlyDrawnBoy. (Use the "Show all user's posts" hyperlink at the bottom of the box.) I know his latest posts are about Cedars-Sinai and do not necessarily reflect a positive experience, but I think somewhere in his earlier posts he runs down a list of other doctors he's seen. Maybe some of them are in the LA area, too.
