I was feeling "healthier" on the diet, but still no "C" improvement. After my last scope by the gastro he said soluable fiber might not ne the best thing for me with the gastroparesis. It's the same basic diet though. He told me to go off any diet, because nothing I tried made me any better. I think I need a motility specialist. Anyway I'm back on the diet. It was good for my blood sugar. I just want to see if I can incorporate veggies and fruit instead of mostly starch. Sorry to hear you were in the hospital.
