Not Hungry

I had a major upset stomach this morning... not D but stringy and lots of it. And now I'm not hungry all day. I eat a little and don't feel full or hungry. It's like I just feel the same all the time. Yesterday I was eating a lot and would feel bloated, but again, not hungry or full. It's very confusing. Has anyone experienced this not being hungry or full at all? It's very confusing and I don't know if or what or how much I should eat...
This is what I've eaten today:
8:30 am - a bowl of oatmeal with rice protein powder in it.
11:30 - a piece of sourdough toast with a little earth balance, avocado and a hard boiled egg
1:30 - a small bowl of congee (rice, chicken and carrots)
3:00 - I tried to eat another piece of toast with avo and a hard boiled egg but could only have half
4:30- a banana
munched on some choc applesauce cake
6:00 - a potato sliced and baked with a little olive oil
I'm a little hungry I think but I can't tell... I know I need to eat something dinner like but my tummy just feels so funky and it really makes me not want to eat. Am I crazy or does it seem like I'm not really eating enough? For the last two days I was eating a lot more, which at first felt good but then made me sick because before that I was eating like I am today.. I think my tummy has shrunk and I really need to gain weight and stretch it.. but eating is so hard and annoying. I have a terrible relationship with food right now and a really negative attitude.
