Ever since I was diagnosed with GERDS (which, is under control, and I'm off the Prevacid), it seems I get hungry so much!! I knew that an empty stomach was an IBS trigger, so I would snack on stuff (usually pretzels) thoughtout the day. Now, after suggestions on this board, I've been adding some Luna Bars in there. But it just seems nothing stays with me very long. I feel like I'm eating all the time, and I've even gained a few pounds. I swear, the empty stomach feeling I get now is different then what I had before I was diagnosed with GERDS. ANYWAYS! Does anyone have any suggestions for what they snack on, and keeps them full for at least a little while??? Thanks!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
