I do Weight Watchers and love their website because I'm able to journal what foods I eat for IBS and track my points. The veggie and fruit thing can be a big problem, but what's nice is that Weight Watchers has a whole bunch of recipes that are low in fat so I don't really have to worry about having too much oil or fat in a recipe. And a lot of their recipes have great ways to incorporate vegetables and fruits into soluble fiber foods.

There are foods that are high in fiber, and low on points. I find that having a baked potato for lunch (large is 3pts) fills me up quite nicely. I often add a cup of canned peaches, water packed is only 1 pt (I eat it after the potato, of course) or sometimes a soy yogurt (3 pts).

With the IBS and Weight Watchers, I look for a bunch of little things with little points to eat. That way I can snack all day instead of eating a big meal worth a lot of points and being hungery after a couple hours!

Hope this helps! Also, a lot of the recipes on the Recipe board on this website are low in points if you put them in the recipe builder or points calculator.
