The radiologist told me the difference is the barium is looking at the outside of the colon vs. the colonoscopy is going inside the colon. It was uncomfortable, but it was kind of neat being able to look at the monitor and see my own colon! Scary at the same time too.. I should have the results tomorrow, keep you posted!
