Anyone doing Weight Watchers and coping with IBS?

I've been doing weight watchers all this year and have successfully lost about 50lb, I've maintained my goal weight for 2 months now. BUT - I've just been diagnosed with severe IBS and I'm worried if I change my eating habits and cut out a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, which I have to do as I can't tollerate them, I'm going to put on weight again (which I'm determined not to do). So at the moment I'm split between trying to handle the IBS and eating within points for WW. I'm finding that I have to eat higher pointed food to control my IBS otherwise I go hungry, like rice, and cut down on 0pt foods like veggies which would fill me up.

Can anyone offer any advice who's been in a similar position?
