The post at the top of the Diet Board about acacia dosages and switching to acacia from another fiber ( here) says there are 4.5 grams of soluble fiber in a measuring tablespoon. I was going to refer someone posting about changing fibers to it, but didn't want to do that if it would be confusing. Should this sticky post be updated to say "7.5 grams", too, or am I missing something here?
