for her, it loses it's effectiveness after a while. She takes a break from it occasionally and then goes back for a few days, and it works wonders. Maybe you need to go on strike for a few days, return doing it EXACTLY the way suggested(totally empty stomach, with lots of water, about 15-30 mins before a meal)and then it'll work. And you can always try more, hon. Three a day is safe.
