Just a thought...       05/20/05 02:37 PM Edit Reply Quote Stephie Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 2696 Loc: Vancouver, Canada I have no idea is this is accurate or not, but for ME I find that taking probiotics can really constipate me. That's WHY I took them when some antibiotics gave me D and I was stopped up for days, which NEVER happens to me (I am IBS-D). I dunno if this is typical or not, I know that probiotics are really good for you.. maybe it was just with me that they were constipating. I just thought I'd throw that out there in case I can help any.
