My supper is also predominantly veg. based, and low sf and I find, that you really do get a good clean-out! Also, with time, you know what will give you the gas/bloating and thus remove them from your menu. Also, certain combinations of things give you bloating and styles of preparation. Sf for me at dinner or around dinner is usually mushrooms, or a banana, or maybe squash or some sort, or carrots, or mangoes, or papaya. It's a great way also to really keep the calories and carbs. down.
