Flaxseed and gas       05/18/05 04:12 AM Edit Reply Quote crystal2 Reged: 02/26/05 Posts: 42 I just started taking flaxseed. One of the initial side effects of taking flaxseed is gas. Does anyone know how long it takes before this will go away? I mean, it is my understanding that flaxseed is suppose to eliminate gas not increase it, no? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
