Thanks for mentioning the chollera/algae/sea veg. factor. I really like it and it supplies tons of protein as well as flavour enhancement/anti-oxidants. It really agrees with me!!!
You know what? I'm okay with sugar free soy and fermented soy, but as soon as junk, i.e. sugars get added my body rebels! Creepy, huh? I almost feel a little guilty with a few drops of soy here and there, but well...so be it.
You're right. With some colour, creativity, and a variety of sources, it's hard not to get enough protein/vitamins/minerals/amino acids, etc.
Oh...hemp is another good source of protein. Sprouts/sprouted grains and legumes really agree with me personally and they supply alot of protein/enzymes. Also, mushrooms do too. So, there you go.
